  • It’s not secret SSRI’s and other prescription medication are often a bandaid solution that do not tackle the root issue. Our program has been proven to be helpful in weaning off SSRI’s for good and minimize the side effects that come with it.

    We will work closely with you to help you slowly wean off your medication and establish a strong foundation to thrive without medication.

  • We take a close look at your current schedule and routines and work together to optimize your day-to-day life. Using different holistic practices as a support, you will develop stronger habits and routines that will help you thrive during the program and beyond.

  • Our program is built on support and connection. In addition to lots of 1:1 support, you also become part of a like-minded community of fellow veterans/first responders that are on the healing journey with you.

    We also bring in guest mentors from the veteran community to support you on your journey.

    This is the heart of the journey—the real work. In this stage, you will experience healing on a deep, visceral level. It’s not just about talking about healing; it’s about living it, feeling it, and integrating it into your body, mind, and spirit.

    You’ll begin to see real shifts as you confront your trauma, anxiety, and depression head-on with guidance that’s grounded and practical.

  • Integration & Recalibration

    The final stage is all about integration—taking the lessons, practices, and experiences you’ve gathered and embedding them into your daily life. It’s about recalibrating to a new version of yourself that’s more grounded, empowered, and connected. Healing isn’t just a one-time event—it’s an ongoing process of evolution.

    With the support of our community, you’ll have the tools to continue your journey long after the program ends.

    Healing happens in community. Our 6-month signature coaching program enrolls only 2-3 times per year. We keep our groups intimate to foster real connections.

  • Open Enrollment

    Perfect for active duty folks and others who are looking for real healing but aren’t quite ready to dive into some of the alternative healing practices we offer. Join anytime in our open group, complete with access to our membership to foster community.

  • 1:1 Coaching

    Want even more personalized support? We take on a small number of private clients to support even more hands-on. All our 1:1 clients also get access to our membership and community to connect with like-minded folks.

The Process Is Simple - But Not Easy …

1 ) We start with a deep dive

In many native cultures, it is believed that no one can be healed until they answer the three most important questions:

Why are you here? Where did you come from? Who are you?

After all, without an understanding of how you came to need improvement, how could you ever improve?

We will identify key beliefs, behaviors, and routines that need to change in order to bring about the transformation you seek.

And we will help you develop an understanding of how these things may have served you in the past so you can begin to cultivate empathy and compassion for yourself in place of self-judgment and self-scorn, allowing you to let go of these beliefs and behaviors as you move towards the life you want to live.

2) We create a plan unique to you

With an understanding of how you came to be who you are, you can begin to create a new vision of who you want to be.

Together, we will lay out a roadmap for you to reshape your mindset and overhaul your habits to start living the life you know you are capable of.

Over the course of our coaching, you will be introduced to a variety of tools and practices that will help you in your transformation. You will receive personalized guidance on how to use different holistic approaches with intention, building it into your day as part of a sacred ritual of self-improvement.

3) We track and dial in

There is a saying in the business world that “if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.”

Part of the unique process of our program is a system of tracking your habits, PTSD/TBI symptoms, mood, medicine use and more so that you can gain a deeper understanding of what is working for you and what is not.

You gain clarity on what factors actually drive your happiness, creativity and fulfillment in life so you know where to focus your efforts.

This allows us to also re-evaluate your plan after your first month with us, and understand where your continued work lies so that you can keep moving forward without having to rely on using the medicine.

Who is this program for?

Veterans, first responders, spouses, and anyone ready to heal from trauma, anxiety, and depression.

What can I expect?

Real tools and science-based practices as well as alternative healing methods rooted in indigenous and spiritual practices to regulate your emotions, manage stress, and heal from the root causes of your struggles.

What if I’m still on active service?

If you're still in active duty, we get it. The last thing you want is to feel like you're “not messed up enough” to seek help. But trust us—you don’t have to hit rock bottom to start healing. This program works for those who are still in service and want to make sure they’re not heading for burnout or emotional collapse.

How long is the program?

Our signature program lasts 6 months, with the option to continue in our membership for ongoing support.

Is it group coaching or one-on-one?

We offer both group programs (with a lot of 1:1 support) as well as personalized one-on-one coaching.

Can I use this program to prep & integrate from bigger ceremonies?


Absolutely. Our program is designed to help you prepare for deep experiences. We’ll help you set intentions, ground your energy, and ensure you're ready to fully engage. And after the experience, we provide the integration support to help you process and make sense of what you’ve gone through.

What if I’m on prescription medication?

If you’re on medication, don’t worry—we’re not here to make you quit cold turkey. But we’ll work with you to develop a plan that allows you to safely reduce dependency over time while you build new coping tools.

Is this different from traditional therapy?

Yes, we provide actionable tools and alternative healing methods, not just talk. It’s about real, lasting change.

Is the program online or in person?


Our program is fully online, so you can join from anywhere in the world, although our calltimes are optimized for US, Canada & Central Europe. All coaching, resources, and support are accessible virtually, making it easy to fit into your life, no matter where you’re located.
